While March saw a 27% decline in shipments as compared to last year, April is forecasted to see a 60% downfall assuming the lockdown deadline is till April 14. Should it be extended, numbers might come down even further. The entire supply chain of the smartphone market right from revenue generation, sales, payments among others will be impacted.
